Handling of Confidential Information

WealthTech Innovation Capital, LLC, and/or its affiliates or sub-advisors (the “Firm”), may come into possession of material, nonpublic information regarding its investors. The Firm obtains such information from clients and through its investment activities.
The Firm may disclose any such information, along with any other information provided to it, to:

1.Any governmental authority or self-regulatory organization;
2.Any other person, to the extent (i) required by law, or (ii) deemed necessary by the Firm (in accordance with applicable law) for its legitimate business interests. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosures to attorneys, accountants, auditors, brokers, financial institutions, or other third-party service providers who require the information to provide services to the Firm.
3.Furthermore, we may disclose such information as permitted by the governing documents of each client.

We may also disclose client information to unaffiliated third parties (e.g., brokers or custodians) only as permitted by law and when such disclosure is necessary to facilitate services for those clients.

The Firm maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with professional standards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

If a change in our policy necessitates disclosing personal information in a manner inconsistent with this notice, we will provide affected clients with advance notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.
